Tiny Firsts ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Viva Apps, based in Ankara, Turkey. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Tiny Firsts app, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

By using Tiny Firsts you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: your email address used to create and authenticate your account.
Baby profiles: name, date of birth, and any other details you choose to add.
Milestone data: titles, dates, categories, notes, and photos you log.
Family Circle: invite links you generate and any email addresses you share them with.
Photos: images you attach to milestones, stored securely in the cloud.
Subscription data: purchase and renewal information processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Usage analytics and diagnostics: app events, crash reports, and device information collected via Firebase.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and personalise the Tiny Firsts experience.
To store and display your baby's milestones and photos.
To generate and serve Family Circle pages to invited members.
To send push notifications you have opted into.
To process subscription purchases and restore entitlements.
To diagnose bugs and improve app performance.

3. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with the following trusted providers to operate the service:

Firebase (Google): authentication, analytics, and crash reporting.
RevenueCat: subscription management and entitlement verification.
AWS S3 / Cloudflare R2: secure photo and media storage.
AWS SES: transactional emails such as invite notifications.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Family Circle Guests

When you share a Family Circle link, recipients can view milestones and leave emoji reactions without creating an account. We log basic access metadata (e.g. timestamps) for security purposes. Guests do not need to provide personal information.

5. Children's Privacy

Tiny Firsts is intended for use by parents and guardians who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will delete their account and associated data.

Information about babies (names, photos, milestones) is entered by parents or guardians who are solely responsible for the content they submit.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@tinyfirsts.app. We will complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit and access controls for data at rest. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Export your data in a portable format.
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
