These Terms of Use govern your use of the Tiny Firsts mobile application and website ("the Service"), operated by Viva Apps, Ankara, Turkey. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tiny Firsts. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Tiny Firsts lets parents and guardians log, organise, and share their baby's developmental milestones. Features include a visual timeline, photo attachments, sharable milestone cards, and a private Family Circle for invited guests.
You retain ownership of all content you submit — including baby profiles, milestones, photos, and notes. By submitting content you grant Viva Apps a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Tiny Firsts offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription. Premium features are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by the respective app store in accordance with their policies.
Free tier features will always remain free. We will not retroactively move existing free features behind a paywall without prior notice.

When you generate a Family Circle link you are responsible for who you share it with. Anyone with the link can view your baby's milestones and leave emoji reactions. You can revoke access at any time from within the app.
All app content, design, code, and branding are owned by Viva Apps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viva Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@tinyfirsts.app or using the in-app account deletion option.
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Turkey.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
